So edges were my focus for project number 2 but I decided to be slightly more ambitious and go with something that used up the whole width of the loom. I’ve stuck with a plain weave so that I could do that and not worry about anything else. I used 2 cakes of Ice Yarns Cakes Cotton Fine, one to warp, the other to use as weft and I love the colour changes
I finished it with a simple fringe, I tried twists but I just preferred the look of the fringe.
I think my next project will probably be another scarf as I’m just enjoying the practice at the minute I have colours planned and everything.
Oh and I have decided to do a couple of craft fayres this year too after not making any last year. The first one will be at St Catherine’s House on March 30th, hopefully a few of you can make it along.
